Through Road was born in 1926 in Targoviste. In the interwar period, his family came to Bucharest, because the massive post-war building, and could find work. His father worked on a site, and at night playing the violin in various areas of Bucharest. Simina young artistic talent inherited from his father, worked a good time on site before to create a name artist in 1962.

Simina is known for his androgynous voice. It was curious for a man to achieve such octaves. The world was more attracted to his voice than the sound of the violin.
