On December 22, Gheorghe Zamfir will hold a concert at the Palace Hall in Bucharest. For the first time in the last 36 years, the stage will be a folk orchestra consists of 55 musicians. National Folk Orchestra was master Zamfir dream, a dream come true on the eve of the Nativity. This concert will be sung in the premiere folk suite, specially prepared by Gheorghe Zamfir and his compositions.
Although lately Gheorghe Zamfir has many public appearances, the artist had a busy period. Virtuoso performer of the mark held several shows abroad, a doctoral dissertation in music and received a "Summa cum laude". Gheorghe Zamfir was decorated by President of Romania and released an album. Master has been teaching flute at the University of Targoviste Wallachia and prepared extensively to support this concert event.
